TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
Welcome to KĀMOKU.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kamoku.com (the “Site”), and your purchase and use of products and services offered through the Site.
The Site is operated by Oasis Beauty USA LLC, doing business as KĀMOKU (“KĀMOKU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, placing an order, enrolling in a subscription, or otherwise using our products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products through it.
1. ELIGIBILITY
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
You may not use the Site, our products, or our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
2. OUR PRODUCTS AND SITE INFORMATION
KĀMOKU offers tattoo aftercare, tattoo skincare, skincare, and related personal-care products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, directions, photographs, packaging, colors, sizes, pricing, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate.
However, actual products may vary slightly from images or descriptions due to:
-
Manufacturing variations;
-
Packaging or labeling updates;
-
Product improvements or reformulations;
-
Photography or lighting;
-
Device or screen settings; or
-
Other reasonable production or display differences.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, reformulate, discontinue, replace, or update products, packaging, product descriptions, or other product information at any time, subject to applicable law.
Product availability is not guaranteed.
If there is a material discrepancy between the information displayed on the Site and the product you receive, please contact us.
3. TATTOO AFTERCARE AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Information provided through the Site, product packaging, social media, advertisements, emails, educational materials, or other KĀMOKU communications is provided for general informational and product-use purposes.
Unless expressly stated and legally authorized otherwise, KĀMOKU products are cosmetic or personal-care products.
Our cosmetic and personal-care products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, infection, injury, or medical condition.
Information provided by KĀMOKU is not medical advice and is not intended to replace advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
Information provided by KĀMOKU is also not intended to replace specific medical instructions or aftercare instructions provided to you by an appropriate healthcare professional or tattoo professional.
Individual skin types, tattoo conditions, sensitivities, environments, and responses to skincare and personal-care products vary. Accordingly, individual experiences and results may differ.
You should use products only as directed on the applicable product label or packaging and follow all applicable warnings.
If significant irritation, discomfort, or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice when necessary.
If you have concerns regarding infection, allergic reaction, wound complications, unusual swelling, persistent irritation, or another medical issue relating to a tattoo or your skin, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional.
Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee of any particular medical, healing, cosmetic, or individual result.
4. INGREDIENTS, SENSITIVITIES, AND ALLERGIES
Product ingredients are disclosed on applicable product packaging and/or product pages.
Ingredients and formulations may occasionally change or be updated.
You should review the ingredient list on the product actually received before use, particularly if you have known allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient restrictions.
Do not use a product if you know that you are allergic or sensitive to one or more of its ingredients.
If you are uncertain whether a product is appropriate for you because of a medical condition, allergy, medication, skin condition, recent procedure, or other health concern, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
KĀMOKU is not responsible for reactions resulting solely from use contrary to product directions or warnings, or from a customer's known allergy or sensitivity that was not caused by a defect in the product, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits any right, warranty, or remedy that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order through the Site, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and authorized.
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the products identified in the order.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of your order.
We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including because of:
-
Product unavailability;
-
Inventory limitations;
-
Pricing or product-information errors;
-
Payment authorization problems;
-
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;
-
Suspected unauthorized commercial resale;
-
Shipping or legal restrictions;
-
Duplicate or unusual orders; or
-
Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel all or part of an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion using the original payment method or another legally permitted method.
We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase by any person, household, account, payment method, shipping address, or order where reasonably necessary.
6. PRICING, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the Site are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, and offers may change at any time before an order is completed.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other charges will be disclosed during checkout where required by law.
You agree to provide valid, current, and authorized payment information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, financial institutions, or other third-party payment providers.
Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy practices.
In the event of an obvious pricing, typographical, or technical error, we may take reasonable steps permitted by applicable law to correct the error, cancel the affected order, and issue an appropriate refund.
7. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND OFFERS
From time to time, KĀMOKU may offer:
-
Promotional codes;
-
Discounts;
-
Bundles;
-
Gifts with purchase;
-
Referral offers;
-
Loyalty benefits;
-
Limited-time promotions; or
-
Other promotional offers.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional offers:
-
Cannot be combined with other offers;
-
Have no cash value;
-
May be subject to expiration dates;
-
May apply only to selected products;
-
May be limited by inventory or availability; and
-
Generally cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate promotional offers as permitted by applicable law.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTOMATIC RENEWALS, AND RENEWAL ORDERS
KĀMOKU may offer subscription, recurring-delivery, auto-replenishment, membership, Subscribe & Save, or other automatically renewing purchase options.
If you enroll in a subscription or automatic renewal program, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment if any, and cancellation instructions will be disclosed before you complete enrollment.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your express affirmative consent to the automatic renewal or continuous-service terms before charging you on a recurring basis.
Following enrollment, we may provide you with an acknowledgment or confirmation containing the applicable subscription terms and cancellation information as required by law.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable renewal or billing date, your subscription will automatically renew and your selected payment method will be charged for the next scheduled order.
By enrolling in a subscription and providing the required consent, you authorize KĀMOKU and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is cancelled or otherwise terminated.
Your failure to cancel before a scheduled renewal date does not, by itself, invalidate an otherwise properly disclosed and authorized renewal charge.
Customer Responsibility to Cancel Before Renewal
You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before the applicable renewal or billing date if you do not wish to receive or be charged for the next scheduled order.
Cancellation generally applies only to future renewal orders.
Cancellation does not retroactively cancel or reverse an order that was properly authorized and has already been charged, processed, entered fulfillment, fulfilled, or shipped.
If you no longer want a subscription, you are responsible for cancelling it using the cancellation method provided before the applicable renewal date.
Renewal Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Because KĀMOKU sells skincare, tattoo-care, and other personal-care products, product integrity, hygiene, storage conditions, quality control, and chain of custody are important.
Once a renewal order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, the product may no longer reasonably be capable of being returned to inventory or resold, even if the shipping package has not been opened.
Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a properly authorized renewal order is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund solely because the customer forgot to cancel the subscription before the applicable renewal date once the order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.
A customer's failure to cancel a properly disclosed and authorized subscription before renewal is the customer's responsibility and does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Opened, used, unsealed, altered, contaminated, returned, or otherwise non-resalable personal-care products may also be ineligible for return or refund for health, hygiene, safety, quality-control, or product-integrity reasons.
Returns, refunds, and replacements for subscription orders are otherwise governed by our Refund Policy.
Renewal Orders Not Yet Fulfilled
If you contact us promptly after a renewal charge but before the renewal order has entered fulfillment, we may attempt to cancel the order where operationally feasible.
Cancellation after a renewal charge has occurred is not guaranteed.
Whether an order can still be cancelled may depend on its processing, fulfillment, packaging, carrier-handoff, and other operational status.
If we are able to cancel an eligible order before fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Exceptions
The provisions above regarding forgotten cancellations do not limit any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
They do not prevent an eligible remedy where, for example:
-
A recurring charge was not properly authorized;
-
Required automatic-renewal disclosures or consent were not provided;
-
The product is defective;
-
The product arrives damaged;
-
The wrong product was shipped;
-
The wrong quantity was shipped;
-
An order was materially different from what was purchased;
-
A billing error occurred; or
-
Applicable law otherwise requires a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy.
Subscription Information
You are responsible for keeping information associated with your subscription current, including your:
-
Shipping address;
-
Billing address;
-
Payment information;
-
Payment method;
-
Contact information; and
-
Product or delivery preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KĀMOKU is not responsible for losses or additional costs resulting solely from a customer's failure to update subscription information before an order is processed or shipped.
Cancellation and Required Notices
You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method disclosed during enrollment and through any additional cancellation method required by applicable law.
Where required by law, customers who enroll online will be provided with an online cancellation method.
We will not intentionally impose unreasonable or unlawful barriers that prevent or improperly delay cancellation.
Where required by applicable law, KĀMOKU may provide:
-
Automatic-renewal notices;
-
Annual subscription reminders;
-
Trial or promotional-period expiration notices;
-
Price-change notices; and
-
Other legally required subscription communications.
If specific subscription terms displayed when you enroll conflict with these general Terms, the specific subscription terms will control with respect to that subscription to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, LOST PACKAGES, AND DELIVERY ISSUES
Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Processing, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout and for reviewing shipping information before submitting an order.
Shipping Timeframes
We will make reasonable efforts to ship products within the timeframe stated on the Site, at checkout, or in the applicable order confirmation.
Where applicable law gives you cancellation or refund rights because we are unable to ship within a promised or legally required timeframe, those rights will apply.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances outside KĀMOKU's reasonable control, including:
-
Carrier delays;
-
Weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Customs processing;
-
Holidays;
-
Labor disruptions;
-
Transportation disruptions;
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses; or
-
Other carrier or logistics issues.
KĀMOKU will reasonably cooperate with customers in investigating qualifying shipping issues.
Packages Lost in Transit
If tracking information does not show delivery and the shipping carrier appears to have lost the package while it is in transit, please contact us at:
operation@kamoku.com
We may require a reasonable period of time to investigate the shipment with the applicable shipping carrier.
Customers may also be asked to cooperate with the carrier's investigation or provide information reasonably necessary to locate the shipment or process a carrier claim.
Depending on the circumstances, the carrier investigation, our Shipping Policy, and applicable law, KĀMOKU may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
-
Replacement;
-
Reshipment;
-
Refund; or
-
Another reasonable resolution.
A shipping delay or temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking information provided by the shipping carrier shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, the customer should first:
-
Check the delivery location;
-
Check surrounding areas where a carrier may reasonably have left the package;
-
Check with household members;
-
Check with neighbors where appropriate;
-
Check with building management, reception, mailroom, or front desk where applicable; and
-
Contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding the delivery.
KĀMOKU may assist by providing available:
-
Tracking information;
-
Shipment records;
-
Delivery confirmation; and
-
Other information reasonably available to us.
We may also cooperate with a reasonable carrier investigation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KĀMOKU is not responsible for loss, theft, disappearance, misplacement, or damage occurring after a package has been confirmed by the carrier as properly delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, including packages stolen from or lost at:
-
Porches;
-
Doorsteps;
-
Mailrooms;
-
Building entrances;
-
Reception areas;
-
Apartment common areas; or
-
Other delivery locations
after confirmed delivery.
A replacement or refund for a package shown as properly delivered is not guaranteed and will be evaluated based on the specific circumstances, available carrier information, our Shipping Policy, and applicable law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address.
KĀMOKU is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or improperly entered address supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been transferred to a carrier.
If a package is returned to us because of an address issue attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, CHANGE OF MIND, AND PRODUCT HYGIENE
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Because KĀMOKU sells tattoo-care, skincare, and other personal-care products, product safety, hygiene, quality control, storage conditions, and chain of custody are important.
Change of Mind or Personal Preference
KĀMOKU does not guarantee that every product will suit every customer's:
-
Personal preference;
-
Skin-feel preference;
-
Texture preference;
-
Scent or fragrance preference;
-
Individual expectations; or
-
Subjective product preferences.
A customer's change of mind or personal preference, or a customer's decision that they simply do not like a product, does not by itself mean that the product is defective.
Opened or Used Products
Once a personal-care product has been opened, unsealed, used, tested, altered, contaminated, or otherwise removed from its original saleable condition, it generally cannot safely or appropriately be returned to inventory and sold to another customer.
Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund solely because the customer changed their mind, did not like the product, preferred another product, or decided that the product did not meet a subjective personal preference.
For health, hygiene, safety, quality-control, and product-integrity reasons, we generally do not accept returns of:
-
Opened products;
-
Used or tested products;
-
Products with broken or removed seals;
-
Products that have been altered;
-
Products that may have been contaminated;
-
Products not returned in their original condition;
-
Products missing original packaging where required; or
-
Products that cannot reasonably and safely be resold.
This restriction does not apply where applicable law requires a remedy, including qualifying claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming products.
Unopened Products
Eligibility for the return of unopened, unused, and saleable products is governed by our Refund Policy.
Any applicable return period, return authorization requirements, shipping responsibilities, exclusions, or other conditions will be stated in the Refund Policy.
Individual Results and Preferences
Individual experiences with skincare and personal-care products may vary.
Differences in:
-
Skin type;
-
Skin condition;
-
Texture preference;
-
Scent perception;
-
Personal expectations;
-
Individual cosmetic results; or
-
Other subjective experiences
do not automatically establish that a product is defective or improperly manufactured.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. INCORRECT, DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR NONCONFORMING PRODUCTS
KĀMOKU takes reasonable steps to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled and that products meet applicable quality standards.
If an issue results from an error attributable to KĀMOKU, including where:
-
We shipped the wrong product;
-
We shipped the wrong quantity;
-
A product was materially damaged before or during fulfillment;
-
A product has a verified manufacturing or quality defect; or
-
The order materially differs from what was purchased,
please contact us promptly at:
operation@kamoku.com
We recommend contacting us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, preferably within 7 days, so that we can investigate the issue efficiently.
Information We May Request
To evaluate a claim, we may reasonably request:
-
Your order number;
-
Photographs of the product;
-
Photographs of the shipping packaging;
-
Photographs showing the reported damage or issue;
-
The product batch or lot number;
-
A description of the issue; and
-
Other information reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Please retain the affected product and packaging until your claim has been reviewed if reasonably possible.
Available Remedies
If we determine that KĀMOKU made a fulfillment error or that a product qualifies as damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, that remedy may include:
-
Reshipping the correct product;
-
Replacing the affected product;
-
Sending a missing item;
-
Providing another appropriate replacement;
-
Store credit where agreed to or legally permitted;
-
Refunding some or all of the applicable purchase price; or
-
Another remedy required or permitted by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, KĀMOKU may determine an appropriate initial remedy based on:
-
The nature of the problem;
-
Product availability;
-
Severity of the issue;
-
The customer's location;
-
Shipping considerations; and
-
Other relevant circumstances.
Where permitted by applicable law, a refund is not automatically required solely because another reasonable remedy, such as replacement or reshipment, is available.
Nothing in this section restricts a refund or other remedy where applicable law specifically requires one.
Product Reactions
An individual sensitivity, allergy, irritation, or other personal skin response does not automatically establish that a product is defective.
Claims involving an alleged product defect may be evaluated based on relevant circumstances, including:
-
Product condition;
-
Ingredient information;
-
Batch or lot information;
-
Reported method of use;
-
Compliance with product instructions;
-
Photographs or other available evidence; and
-
Other reasonably relevant information.
If you experience a significant adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional medical advice where necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
12. PERSONAL USE, AUTHORIZED SALES, AND RESALE
Unless KĀMOKU has authorized otherwise in writing, products purchased directly through the Site are intended for personal use.
You may not purchase KĀMOKU products through the Site for unauthorized:
-
Commercial resale;
-
Redistribution;
-
Marketplace resale;
-
Commercial export;
-
Diversion; or
-
Other commercial exploitation.
We may limit quantities or reject orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized resale, diversion, fraud, or other misuse.
KĀMOKU cannot guarantee the authenticity, condition, storage history, handling, safety, or product integrity of products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible for KĀMOKU-specific:
-
Returns;
-
Replacements;
-
Promotional benefits;
-
Guarantees; or
-
Customer-service programs,
except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This section does not restrict lawful resale rights that cannot legally be restricted.
13. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
If the Site permits customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring through your account to the extent reasonably within your control.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.
You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the customer, KĀMOKU, or others from suspected:
-
Fraud;
-
Misuse;
-
Security threats; or
-
Unlawful activity.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

15. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS, AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a product review, photograph, video, testimonial, comment, social media content, or other material directly to KĀMOKU, you represent that:
-
You have the right to provide the content;
-
The content reflects your genuine experience or opinion where represented as such;
-
The content is not knowingly false or misleading;
-
The content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
-
The content does not otherwise violate applicable law.
You remain responsible for content you submit.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by voluntarily submitting content to us for publication or promotional use, you grant KĀMOKU a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, format, and publish that content for purposes reasonably related to operating, promoting, and improving KĀMOKU and its products.
Where your name, social media handle, photograph, voice, likeness, or other identifying material is included in content you voluntarily authorize us to use, the license also includes use of those elements in connection with the authorized content, subject to applicable law.
We will not knowingly alter a customer testimonial in a manner that materially misrepresents the customer's stated experience or opinion.
We may moderate or remove content that we reasonably believe is:
-
Unlawful;
-
Fraudulent;
-
Abusive;
-
Threatening;
-
Infringing;
-
Spam;
-
Unrelated to the product or service;
-
Containing personal information that should not be public; or
-
Otherwise in violation of these Terms.
We will not suppress a genuine review merely because it expresses a negative opinion, except where removal is otherwise permitted by law or consistent with legitimate content-moderation standards.
16. PROHIBITED USES
You may not:
-
Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes;
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, servers, or related systems;

17. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, social media platforms, shipping providers, advertising platforms, and other third-party services.
KĀMOKU does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent:

20. DISCLAIMER OF SITE WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KĀMOKU, OASIS BEAUTY USA LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES WHERE SUCH DAMAGES MAY LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

-
RIGHTS OR REMEDIES PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAW;
-
LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY TO THE EXTENT IT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED;
-
FRAUD OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT; OR
-
ANY OTHER LIABILITY FOR WHICH A CONTRACTUAL LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit responsibility for a defective product or other matter in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
22. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KĀMOKU, Oasis Beauty USA LLC, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:
-
Your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Site;
-
Your material violation of these Terms;
-
Content you submit in violation of another person's rights; or
-
Your infringement of applicable intellectual property or other third-party rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

KĀMOKU will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
-
Natural disasters;

This section does not excuse obligations or consumer remedies that cannot legally be avoided.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections, mandatory rights, or remedies available under laws that cannot legally be waived.
25. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
